Rent 2 bedroom apartment in San Diego

Hello! I (32F) am looking for a roommate for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment I am currently living in. You will need to provide $50 for the application fee. The apartment complex requires that our combined monthly income will equal 2.5 times the cost of monthly rent.Amenities include: furnished living room with vaulted ceilings, full kitchen, furnished patio, in house washer/dryer, AC/Heating, covered parking spot, pet friendly community with garden landscape, pools, gym on property, dog park on property.I have one large dog who is a sweetie. If you have a dog that would get along with mine, that works!
