Hello We are looking to rent our lovely house from the end of October 2025 for one year. We would ideally be looking for a professional couple or friends who will treat it like their own. It is in a great location, just minutes from Hanham High Street with regular buses into Bristol Centre and only 15 minutes walk down to the lovely Conham River. There are plenty of other beautiful walks a short drive towards Keynham / Bath less than 15 mins away. The home 🏡 It is a 2 bed terrace house with two large bedrooms, a cosy living room, a large dining room & kitchen and a beautiful long garden - perfect for avid gardeners! One upstairs bedroom has an ensuite toilet and the main bathroom is downstairs with a shower/bath. . Our lovely big garden has lots sections to enjoy, including a patio with tables / chairs, and lots of lawn / veggie beds & a greenhouse. There is also a bike shelter too. The house has plenty of storage, with a double wardrobe upstairs, 2 sets of drawers we can leave behind and a large cupboard under the stairs. We would like to rent our house part furnished- including 1 king sized & 1 king double bed, large sofa and large dining table. We have a washing machine, fridge freezer and small dishwasher. We would like to rent our house for a year starting late October but could be slightly flexible dependant when you need to move in. We are renting for £1300 pcm + bills.
