Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Carlsbad

Looking for a new roommate for a 2 bedroom apartment in Carlsbad as mine will be leaving at the end of this month. I’m Alice, I’ve lived here for about two years. Great location, by Carlsbad Village, and two blocks from the beach (it’s a 7 minute walk great for active people). It’s right off Tamarack pretty close to a Vons and the highway. Neighborhood has got great neighbors, it’s such a laid back community, as well as two parking spots (one would be yours), and 1 1/2 bath. There is a front and smaller back deck. I have some furniture, could talk about bringing other items. There is also a laundromat in the apartment complex also! It’s a very short walk from the front door. I work in the day, and am very clean. I am definitely an extroverted introvert! I love painting, music, food and reading! I can supply some more photos for anyone’s interest, and the room will be available September 1st, potentially earlier.A lot of space in the apartment for storage under our stairs, storage in both bathrooms, and a good amount of shelves downstairs as well as a section of the kitchen shelves and cabinets would be yours as well as half the fridge/freezer. 😁 Kitchen available utilities include oven, toaster, microwave, tea kettle, blender and dishwasher. I just would appreciate respect of my personally owned items, as I am very respectful of other peoples things as well. Don’t drink or smoke anymore, but very chill regarding it. I’m available for any questions anytime.Wifi and sdge is also already set up and we would half it every month! wifi is $57 a month and sdge is usually $40-70 pretty cheap. I’m pretty mindful about energy consumption, so I’ll never be running up the energy bill either. Thank you!
