I want to sublet the apartment for this period as we have to go abroad for a few months. Our private things are stored in the basement.

Ich will die Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum untervermieten, da wir für ein paar Monate ins Ausland müssen. Unsere privaten Sachen werden im Keller gelagert.
