Brilliant sized 5 bedroom house: Located within Aberystwyth town centre, a short walk from the campus and main shops. This house boasts 5 double bedrooms, a newly decorated lounge, bathroom and two kitchens for added convenience. There is also a small garden to the rear to enjoy those summer days.
What's included? The weekly rent of 80.00 per person per week includes all bills - gas, electricity, water, fibre internet and TV license to cover the household.
The accommodation: there are 5 equal sized bedrooms, all with 3/4 or double beds. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and access to the garden. On the first floor is the bathroom with bath and overhead shower, bedroom and lounge. The second floor boasts an additional kitchen and two double bedrooms. We feel this house is perfect for a group of 5 looking to live away from campus.
