Impressive 7 bedroom house: Located in a quiet estate at the bottom of Penglais Hill, a short walk from the University campus and Aberystwyth town centre. This house boasts 7 double bedrooms, large communal space and also a garden area to enjoy in the Aber sun.
What's included? The weekly rent of 85.00 per person per week includes all bills - gas, electricity, water, fibre internet and TV license to cover the household.
The accommodation: there are 7 great sized bedrooms all with either 3/4 or standard double beds. The ground floor has a lovely entrance hallway, large lounge/dining room, spacious kitchen, shower room and two bedrooms. The first floor has the second bathroom and 4 bedrooms, with a final bedroom on the third floor - this room also enjoys an adjoining hallway space which can be used for extra storage.
