This is a house, though originally a 4-bedroom house has been converted to 5 rooms, which are all fully furnished . There are two toilets and bathrooms. I would like to rent the house officially to one or two friends or a family, as the case may be, for a rent of £1600. There would also be last month's payment of £1600, which in some sense will be the security deposit, as I would not be staying in the house . The amount to be paid does not include the bills.
