This is a 5 bedroom. House which is fully furnished . There are two toilets and bathrooms, a large kitchen and large living room all furnished . I would like to rent the house officially to one or two friends or a family, as the case may be, for a rent of £1600. There would also be last month's payment of £1600, which in some sense will be the security deposit, as I would not be staying in the house . The amount to be paid does not include the bills. The property is about a 20-minute walk to Nottingham city centre and about a 30-minute walk to the train station. The Bus stop from the house is about 2minutes walk.
