8x8 room on 1/2 acre available to an honest, responsible, kind person. Tri-level house provides space and privacy for all. The yard has a garden, seating areas and a firepit. We are across the street from Powell Butte with miles of hiking paths and on the other side from a bookstore and minimart. I have a miniature horse that occasionally visits and two sweet chickens.We require a background check and credit check. 1st and last month's rent and deposit.
