Rent a room in Centennial

Hi,I am looking for a female roommate who is comfortable with animals as I have a dog and and also comfortable co-habiting with kids. My 4 and 7 year old live with me 50% of the time.Water and internet are included- electric/gas would run $100/month.You would have access to your own bathroom, room has a queen size bed but you could also use your own if needed. There is off street parking. Very safe neighborhood.Looking for someone by mid June possibly July 1.
