The room I am looking to rent is a bedroom facing the backyard (the flowers bloom in spring and summer and smell AMAZING), unfurnished but may be negotiable for a twin bed / tv (perfect for a student). The two masters are already occupied. Bathroom is shared with another roommate (cis-female/ working & student). Conveniently located off 880 and 92 (San Mateo Bridge) plenty of stores and a mall close by. About a 10-minute drive from CSUEB. Very safe neighborhood and parking in front.*** Preference for women tenants and all current tenants are female ***Deposit is $425 and is available October 15.Washer and dryer access in the garageYou are also welcome to use the front living room/dining area if you would just like to be out and about from your room. 🙂Cooking is allowed (stovetop/oven/microwave)No smoking inside, but smoking outside is perfectly fine.We are not currently accepting pets.I am a woman (she/her pronouns) in my early 30s and currently a graduate student in psychology. My father is retired and spends most of his time at his cabin in the woods, but he does occasionally come back to spend time in the Bay (occupies the master upstairs - all other bedrooms are downstairs) with his golden retriever puppy!
