The toilet & laundry are shared with one neighbour.We also have chickens, an eco-composting outhouse toilet, and lots of protected native forest. PETS No cats or dogs. Other pets may be ok. ACCESS Well positioned with access to west coast and Glen Eden/Henderson town centres. BILLS Flat rate $40 per week per person includes fair use of utilities (fibre wifi internet, water, and power), total $400 per week flat rate for one person. Move in costs are 4 weeks bond and one week rent in advance.PARKING Car parking is right outside although small vehicles will be able to turn around easier - hatchbacks, small 4x4s and motorbikes no problem - Demio, Note, Tiida, Golf, Fit, Swift, Jimny etc. Bumpy gravel drive so not suitable for very low cars.
