Free on street parking is available. There are only two people living in a house. We are a friendly and sociable couple who respect other people's privacy. We don’t smoke so the house is for non-smokers. We would like to rent the studio to tidy and considerate people 20-40 years old ( students or young professionals) who enjoy living in a quiet and clean house. Rent £850 p/m inclusive all bills: gas, electricity, water, broadband & council tax. One month rent plus £850 deposit required. Three month renewable contract.
