Kaikista asunnoista löytyy parveke tai piha, isommissa asunnoissa on oma kattoterassi. Asukkaiden yhteisessä käytössä on kuivaushuone, pesutupa, sauna, ulkoiluvälinevarasto sekä varastotilat. Vuokrasopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi. Vakuus 250€ (luottotietomerkinnät voivat vaikuttaa vakuuden suuruuteen tai asunnon saantiin). Vesimaksu 20€/hlö/kk. Vuokraan sisältyy 50M laajakaistayhteys. Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan koti- ja vastuuvakuutuksen. All apartments have either a balcony or a yard, and the larger apartments have their own rooftop terrace.
