This room is the central entertaining hub of the house.In the second bedroom you will find a Queen Bed, built in wardrobe, office desk and this room also opens on to a balcony which looks out over heritage NZ Bush. The main lounge is super comfy with a 6 seater cream leather sofa and a large flat screen Smart TV. This room also has a heat pump and opens out onto the expansive gardens. Both the ensuite and guest bathroom have underfloor heating and walk-in showers with stunning Italian floor to ceiling tiles. This home is a little gem and all who stay, love the place. We are less than 5 minutes to Albany Westfield, Massey University, Kristin and Pinehurst Schools and so handy to the northern motorway - yet sitting on your balcony you will feel miles away from the rat race and all you can hear is bird song. Its a peaceful and lovely place to be.
