The house is located in a residential part of town, although walking distance to Burriana beach (the most popular beach in Nerja) at about 500 mts, a big supermarket (Mercadona) at about 150 mts and the center of nerja at about 1 km.It is a very quite place, where you can hear frogs at night and birds during the day.There is very little traffic and the neighbours are a very international crowd; Danish, English, Rusian, Colombian, etcParking at the road is safe and widely available.The viewas from the house show the mountains and natural parks of Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama... very nice walks if you are passionate about nature walks.Burriana beach has a range of restaurants, although many of them take a long winter break when bussiness is slow. You can also go scuba diving or rent kayaks and Paddle surf boards.
