Private parking is available. Its a newly renovated apartment. The room is a medium-sized double room with a new double bed, new floors, and freshly-painted. There is a large wardrobe, bedside locker and desk included. The tenant will have access to a bathroom shared with one other person. They have full use of the kitchen, where there is also a tv, couch, dining table etc. Please be aware this is a family home with a child going to school. As such its a quiet home. It is non-smoking, and we also have a cat. We would prefer a female tenant. It would ideally suit a postgrad student or final year student.
