The 58 sqm apartment, with independent entrance, is located on the mezzanine floor (two steps) of a building without an elevator and is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, Moka, wood oven, and traditional oven; - Living area with dining table, sofa, and smart tv - Bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe, and split ac - Toilet with access from the room, equipped with wc, bidet, and shower box (1 step to access it). Additional facilities available for the guests: independent heating, unlimited wifi, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). Attention: The historic center of Monopoli is located within a limited traffic area so the apartment can be reached by car only at certain times of the day and parking is limited.
