In addition, we respect the privacy of our family, and don’t want to feature their persons or personal lives on our promo ads! As a result, you aren’t able to view the particular studio available until your potential walk thru!… however, we’ve gone above and beyond to represent our studio and standards in such a way as to instill confidence in you!—The studios are just as rad as the facility! There’s truly nothing else like this in San Diego!The CommunityOur residents are a diverse group of dedicated creatives — artists, designers, performers, and more — all at different stages of their journeys. Most of us balance full-time jobs while pursuing our craft. We value:• Positivity, hard work, and collaboration• A mellow, supportive atmosphere where everyone respects each other’s hustleWe have a broader team of about 30 people who come and go depending on events and projects. Day-to-day, you might catch someone painting a canvas, getting a lineup, or working on a tattoo. Everyone’s on their own schedule, managing their lives and promotional work. This isn’t a party space — it’s a place to create, connect, and grow.Standards and GuidelinesTo keep our community thriving, we have a few ground rules:• Substance-Free Environment: No hard substances 🚫 we’re 420 and 👽🚀🧑‍🚀friendly but have a zero tolerance policy for hard substances • No Couples: One person per studio — no exceptions• Pets: Aquarium pets, cats, and dogs are considered on a case-by-case basis ($100/month fee applies)• Pets must be confined to your studio and cannot be in shared spaces• Dog owners must be home often or take their dogs with them when they leave• Cat owners must ensure their cat is indoor-only and comfortable in a single spaceWe’re serious about maintaining a respectful, professional environment. If you’re in recovery or have substance-related challenges, this might not be the right fit.
