Rent a room in San Diego

Hi :) We are looking for one or two girls to take over our lease at The Rive (6345 El Cajon Blvd) from January to July. The rent is $880/ month per person plus utilities. The room is a shared room + bathroom with a divider between the two beds. There’re 6 people in total in the apartment (4x4 apartment) and the kitchen, living room, and balcony are shared. The apartment complex is a 20 min walk from the SDSU campus and a 5 minute drive. The Rive has two outdoor pools, a fitness studio, a common room/ study area, fire pit/grill area, and a free shuttle to campus. Everything besides the utilities is included in the rent. Supermarkets, pharmacy and other shops are within walking distance. You have the option to renew the lease if you want to stay longer than July.
