HELLO !! we are looking to rent out a bedroom by November 1st . The room comes with a bed frame, tv , & dresser ! But of course you are more than welcome to redecorate :) . It's a 3 bedroom 2 bath in Hawthorne, California ! So you’ll share a bathroom. It's just us 2 girls but we are open to any gender. atleast 25+ if you’re younger we just would like to see if you’re reliable . We are to ourselves & work often. We don't mind if you have company as long as you aren't too loud after a certain time of course, just be respectful of neighbors. Rent is $906/ month + wifi & utilities. We normally don’t pay too much for utilities just depends on how much we use during the month . Of course you wouldn’t pay for anything the first month of you living here.
