It comes unfurnished and painted, though you are welcome to repaint it if you wish. The 11’ x 14’ bedroom has a large window with vertical blinds that faces the street, as well as a large closet. The living room, kitchen and balcony are shared spaces. We have a Ring Camera on the front door and a Nest Cam in the living room for extra security. Wifi and all utilities are included with rent. A designated parking spot is available for an extra fee. No pets or smoking, please. There is no laundry room/machine access.
