Rent is $200 per person per week, with shared expenses for power and internet. The house has great shared spaces including a tidy kitchen, warm lounge, and a relaxed deck out the back. There’s also off-street parking for one car and a bit of garden space. This home is fully furnished, and beds can be provided if needed. This location is ideal. Belleknowes is a peaceful suburb that’s still super close to town, uni, and the Mornington town centre is a 2-minute walk.
