Big room in Northeast with laid back 35 yr old guy

Big room.. right by gateway transit station.. good for public transportation. Right off glisan exit off 205.. huge back yard, huge basement for some storage... Very private home with 1 female tenant and me a 35 yr old guy.. I'm very laid back and easy going and she is as well.. looking for someone that is the same... Property is fenced in and I have 2 dogs that are the guard dogs very sweet dogs....couples add 300 to total
