Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Portland

Hello! I am a 31 year old artist who works with children at an art camp. I am introverted and keep mostly to myself, but I’m friendly and always down to share weed or watch tv or craft! I smoke weed and I like incense, but only in non-communal spaces. I’m looking for open communication, emotional maturity, and honesty.Bills vary by month, but the average for the past year has been an average of $44 per person/month. (That includes trash, sewage, indemnity management, and water) Electric varies as well, I’ve never seen it get higher than around $90 a person (usually in summer with window a/cs).You’ll get your own bedroom and the larger bathroom that is off of the living room (see layout photo). Regular access to kitchen as I don’t cook much. In a decently quiet neighborhood for being so near lots of food and shopping. Max stop down the hill from the apartment. Ideally I’d like someone to take over my lease when I move in with my partner sometime in spring or summer of next year (we’re still figuring that timing out), but if that doesn’t align with what you’re looking for I am open to compromise.
