Guests have full use of the kitchen, sheets and towels are provided. Upon arrival our staff will be at the apartment to explain how the equipment works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, we will be available for any eventuality. This apartment was completely renovated in June 2019; it is characterized by high quality finishes, great attention to detail and modern amenities, which include central heating, air conditioning in every room, Bialetti coffee machine, 55" Apple tv. The apartment overlooks an internal courtyard and is equipped with latest generation fixtures, which make it extremely quiet. The building is completely accessible and it is not necessary to face any step to access. The apartment opens onto a corridor leading to the large living area, which is furnished with a double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), a finely carved wooden table for 4 people and a tv cabinet. The elegant open kitchen is equipped with a complete kit equipped with dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine and induction hob. A corridor leads to the master bedroom, where there is a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe, an armchair and a chest of drawers complete with mirror. The bathroom is spacious and well finished; it is equipped with a large walk-in shower made in situ and is characterized by a rough wood top, on which the ceramic sink was installed.
