It is a 15 minute walk to the Otay Ranch Center mall... the location is also biking distance to Southwestern College, the Supermarket, Home Depot, Walmart, Movie Theaters and Restaurants. Across the street is a rapid/express bus station that takes you directly to downtown San Diego. There are two (2) rooms for rent on the 3rd floor which shares the laundry room and the bathroom. Each Room is a available to a single person in each of the rooms. Furnished rooms are going for $1395 (electric, water, wifi/high speed internet & use of washer/dryer in laundry room).
