Putting some feelers out thereLooking for a roommate towards the end of July, here’s the details if you’re looking for something in that time frame:- Location: Otay Ranch area of Chula Vista. Many community amenities easily accessible, target, Walmart, fast foods, Starbucks all 5-10 minutes away, very safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Plenty of gyms in the area 5-10 minutes away, Otay Ranch mall 5 minutes away, or you can walk there.- Premises: Beautiful 4br 2.5ba single family home- Fully furnished inside and out-. Downstairs: front porch with outdoor seating, kitchen with large island that sits 4, family room, formal living room and formal dining room, half bath. Backyard with patio furniture for entertaining with plenty of seating, grill and pool. Upstairs: All 4 bedrooms, laundry room and 2 bathrooms, you will share bathroom with one other very clean person, bathroom has dual sinks so you’ll have your own space, the shower and toilet are separated by a lockable door. Laundry room conveniently located a few steps away from your room. Your room comes with a full size bed, 2 large night stands, 1 large dresser that top drawer turns into keyboard slide out, shoe cabinet by the entrance and closet. Just bring your clothes! Smart home integrated with alexa with automations, and ring security system! Get your amazon deliveries in the garage! Smart robot vacuum and mop downstairs, smart robot vacuum upstairs and air purifiers throughout the house to keep air fresh and dust levels down, google mesh wifi points for great wifi signal throughout the house!- Pets: No large furry pets, sorry we have allergies. Fish (no more than 10 gal), hamster, lizard ok- Household members: we are both active duty in the Navy. We are both clean, pretty quiet, don’t bring the party home, share home duties equitably, give each other space as needed but socialize pretty well. I work in logistics, I enjoy cooking, going out with friends, working out, road trips, gardening I have 2 very chill sons ages 15 and 12, and often running around after work taking them to after school activities etc. Rich is a very laid back fun guy, enjoys the gym, watching sports (ALL kinds of sports), hanging out with friends too. We like to host BBQs outside when the weather is nice, and gatherings for dinner, nothing crazy. You will meet our neighbors overtime, we have the best next door neighbors on both sides of the fence!- What we’re looking for: Single occupancy only. Military preferred but not a must. A working professional with stable work. We’d love to be friends with our roommate, or friendly at least.
