It’s a leafy, local area known for its cafés, bookshops, and calm atmosphere, just steps away from Szent István körút. You’ll be close enough to reach everything easily, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The 4/6 tram stop at Jászai Mari tér is only a few minutes’ walk away, connecting you to the whole city. Nyugati railway station and the M3 metro are also nearby, along with the Westend Shopping Mall. Pozsonyi Street, with its many restaurants and cafés, is just around the corner, and you can walk to the Danube, Parliament, or Margaret Island in under ten minutes. All utilities are included.
