It is newly built (2004) and is nicely furnished and centrally located, has a very good public transport connection. It is located near the SOTE and CORVINUS universities, with a beautiful view, in the student district of the 9th district. Shops, cafes and restaurants can also be found nearby. There is no balcony, but there is a closed inner courtyard corridor and a huge, closed, landscaped inner courtyard. 1 room, 1 large living kitchen, bathroom, hallway. I'm looking for a non-smoking, solid schoolgirl, no animals and no smoking. There is internet.
