Our apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern building (with elevator) in a vibrant central neighborhood of Budapest, still, it is pretty quiet and calm because it is a side street and the bedrooms face a green internal yard. The building has a 24/7 security service with surveillance cameras. It used to be our beloved home for 14 years and now it is meant to be a comfortable home away from home for our kind guests. You can relax here while being very close to the action and attractions. The apartment is clean (it has recently been freshly re-painted), modern, safe, comfortable for up to 5 persons and it is equipped with all the amenities you may need during your stay. The bathtub has a hot tub (jacuzzi) feature which is very relaxing and pampering after a long day of sightseeing. Fast Internet connection (up to 1Gbps speed on a cable depending on the device and around 70 Mbps on WiFi), cable TV with many international channels, YouTube and Netflix. You can use the whole apartment (size: 64 sqm). A very useful extra is the indoor private parking spot (for 1 standard-sized car) in the building's own closed garage with security surveillance cameras. You may avoid the problems and costs of street parking, which is always troublesome, and neither cheap nor safe in a big city like Budapest. Just across the street when you exit the building there is a gym if you want to work out (for an extra fee).
