This is a good sized private flat in the midst of a larger house. We have house inspections every three months and unless you invite people, your space wont be seen by the flatmates at all. Your 2 rooms and lounge is totally separated from the main house by a door. You own private fridge is in your flat. You have your own external door. This place has spacious energy, and all the flatmates live separately, in a neighborly way. Shared space is the laundry, large kitchen and the kitchen dining room. The previous tenants mostly ate together in their own lounge, however the dining lounge is often empty and available. Its quite easy to see no one for days while using the kitchen, its available to be used more if you choose. Facilities are shared with 3 occupants currently woman. The flat was previously occupied for a year by a married couple who are flying home pregnant. Before that by a tourist couple who flew home. The flat can take a couple or 3 maybe squeeze in 4 people . The facilities are $20 each per person which goes towards power water and internet lawns.- ie 2 people is $40 facilities, 3 is $60 etc. Most of the furniture provided can be moved out if needed. PROVIDED Good quality couch or three, a double bed, Single ladder loft bed, which could be used as a shelf if needed. 1 Fridge and Freezer 1 desk, occasional tables for the lounge This is and independent space, you will be responsible for it and it is private to you. Mess isn’t an issue, as long as you can clean up when asked for the house inspection. You are expected to be responsible and NOT to damage property. We have house inspections every three months and unless you invite people, your space wont be seen by the flatmates. I can show you through before 10th August however it will be by arrangement
