1 room apartment of 65m² in Heraklion

The apartment can accommodate 4 guests, 2 of which will sleep in the double bed in the bedroom, and the other two will sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. Our guests will enjoy the excellent view to the sea combined with the easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Just 5' walk from Lion's square, the heart of the old city of Heraklion, the luxuriously renovated apartment offers comfort and the sea-view veranda promises unique time of relaxation! The apartment is full of light throughout the day, and has a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare a nice breakfast or delicious meals that you can enjoy in the veranda or in the dining space inside the house - both with great views of the sea! The house also has wifi that covers all spaces - there is no extra charge for this. The bathroom has a shower and there is always hot water available, as we have a solar heater. In (the unlikely for Crete!) case of no sunshine, you can always turn on the electric heater to have hot water. Please remember to turn it off afterwards in this case! NB: The apartment is on the second floor of the building, and there is no elevator. Noted for guests with difficulty in climbing stairs.
