The rent includes utilities, housekeeping, landscaping, security, pest control, and internet!I’m looking for someone who is chill but responsible, meshes well with others, and understands the value of a well-functioning household. I’ve been doing the roommate thing for many years now, and it is always so much better when everyone has the same household values.We are not interested in parties, drugs, smokers, random overnight guests, or other issues that can upset the balance of a household.I always start with a roommate compatibility survey that I created. Very well-behaved dogs might be considered but no other pets will be allowed.
