This is a nice and quiet 4 bedrooms place. The room is a fully furnished large double bedroom $220 per week ($240 for a couple). The room has nice morning sun and you will have the bathroom and toilet to yourself. There is a build-in wardrobe. Sharing additional monthly expenses such as electricity, gas and internet. We are both professionals who are clean, tidy and very easy going. No pets, no smoker, no sleepover. You will need to clean and look after your own toilet and bathroom at all times. The closest train station is Crofton Downs which is only 1 stop away from the Wellington train station. It's about 15-20 minutes walk to the train station from the house. There is off street parking available if you have a car.
