Rent 3 bedroom apartment in Wheat Ridge

Looking for a new roommate to take over the other 1 bed and bath in a cozy apartment in the heart of Wheat Ridge, preferby by october 1st. I am a nerdy 35 F who works full time in a fancy restaurant in downtown, with two lovely, crazy and neurotic cats (sorry no more pets). Couples are also welcome. We are surrounded by several grocery stores and a bus stop right outside the complex, as well as personal parking spot that would be all yours. 420 and lgbtq friendly, along with the occasional party or two. I am far from a prude but within responsable reason. No preference on gender or sex. There is a $50 background check and required renters insurance for about $17. Gas, water, trash are connected to rent. Electric ebbs and flows throughout the year adveraging about $75 in the winter and $145 in the summer that will be split equally, and wifi usually is $95. I also have a washer and dryer that you would be free to use. Move in costs will be first months rent and a $100 non refundable deposit to transfer the lease.
