Rent 3 bedroom house in Wheat Ridge

We have a very unique house that is looking for it's next housemate. A little about us: We are a queer household. My partner and I live to be outdoors and he especially loves to fish. We have an 11 year old kiddo and we are all artistic in some way. We also have two cats and one little dog.The great thing about living here is that you'll have a good amount of space, two rooms with closets, a private bathroom, and patio with a grill. The only things you'll have to share are the kitchen and laundry, although you are welcome to hang out with us occasionally while we watch survival shows or funny animal vids. It's an extremely safe and quiet neighborhood close to downtown and the mountains. There's also a bus stop right next to us if needed. The house isn't perfect and we don't expect you to be! We'd love to find someone who is interested in helping out with the yard and or doing some gardening as there is lots and lots of space, but that would just be a bonus.
