Rent a room in Carlsbad

Looking for a roommate to share this space with!! One of my roommates is moving in with her boyfriend so we are on the lookout for a new roomie ◡̈The living room is furnished and we have a cute little backyard (unfortunately I don't have any gardening skills so our plants aren't doing the best, so if you have a green thumb I'll leave the gardening to you hahah). We have access to a gym that is a 2 min walk away, a nice pool, hot tub, and a walking path around the neighborhood. The area is very quiet and the HOA (we don't pay for HOA) keeps the area looking really nice year round. We have a good sized kitchen, washer and dryer, and air conditioning (it's been a life saver in this heat recently omg)! There's an attached two car garage and parking available nearby.The room available does share a bathroom with my roommate Cat, who will be moving out Decemberish because she will be getting her Masters degree and the commute is just too far.A little about me: I am a mix of active and laid-back. My current roommates and I like to play pickleball together and watch the Bachelor and Bachelorette (poor Jenn :(((( ). I work remotely so I like to get out as much as I can once I'm done with work.I'm excited to chat and see if we’d make great roommates!
