Rent 4 bedroom house in Greenwood

**1st Month $400 off (normal $1400) - Private Bathroom Inside Entry Floor Private Room**We're looking for a roommate in our house in Greenwood, currently 3 people living here, my partner and I (M&F) and one other friend (M). All of us are late 20s. We're all big introverts, pretty quiet and like the quiet, peaceful environment. Ideally looking for someone who wants the same. We mostly do our own thing, reading or other stuff, occasionally do board games or a video game together.The house is 3 floors, you'd be on the bottom floor (entry level) so it's pretty private (no other bedrooms or rooms on the floor except the garage) and you have your own bathroom. The shared kitchen/living/dining is the 2nd floor, and other bedrooms on the top level. Really good for anyone who wants their privacy.Plenty of parking as there's a culd-e-sac behind the house with easy parking and if it gets too full there is a small parking space in front of the garage you could park but its just narrow. QFC is also right next door so you can walk over in 1-2 min, Fred Meyer is just a mile away so a 4-5 min drive down the street. Shoreline Costco is ~20 min drive, there’s a PCC within 10-12 min and Greenlake is also a 10-15 min drive depending on traffic.We have several bus stops right next to us, the 28/D-Line is right behind QFC, 40 is in front (both less than 5 min walk) and there are stops for the 5 Line not too far (less than 10 min walk). We're around a 10-15 min drive from the Northgate Light Rail Station, which goes directly into the airport in about 45-60 min for ~$3 (otherwise ~30 min drive to the airport). Carkeek Park is right behind us ~1 min walk with east trails and can walk ~20 min all the way to the water. Otherwise the park has nice trails that start right by us and is nice for a quick nature escape.House has A/C but your room would not, can bring your own if you want but it already stays really cool (like cold, cold) in there with the other levels being cooled so the last tenet didn't need one. There's a small backyard, grill, gas stoves in the kitchen, and individual fridge/pantry space. Fridges are split by 2 people, we all do our own food separately but you’ll have half of the large fridge/freezer pictured in the kitchen.Rent is $1400 a month, not including utilities which average to about $125 a month but some are paid every 2 months (includes internet/gas/water/sewer/electric). We’re doing $400 off the first month So total would be about $1,125 including utilities for the first month. If it seems like we’re all a good fit together you can start with a 3 month lease and if that works you can renew through July 31st, 2025 and we can do 6- or 12-month leases from there. To move in you'll owe 1st month (discounted $1000) + $250 security deposit + last month (Total = $2650).
