Rent 4 bedroom house in Greenwood

All of us are late 20s. We're all big introverts, pretty quiet and like the quiet, peaceful environment. Ideally looking for someone who wants the same. A lot of us read or do our own thing, occasionally do boardgames or a video game together.The house is 3 floors, you'd be on the bottom floor (entry level) so it's pretty private (no other bedrooms or rooms on the floor except the garage) and you have your own bathroom. The shared kitchen/living/dining is the 2nd floor, and other bedrooms on the top level. Really good for anyone who wants their privacy.Plenty of parking as there's a culd-e-sac behind the house with easy parking. QFC is also right next door so you can walk over in 2-3 min, bigger Fred Meyer is just a 6-8 min drive down the street. We're also really close to several bus stops, the 28/D-line is right behind QFC, 40 is in front (both less than 5 min walk) and there are 5 line stops not too far (less than 10 min walk). We're also around a 10-15 min drive from the North Gate Light Rail, which goes directly into the airport in about 45-60 min for ~$3 (otherwise ~30 min drive to the airport).House has A/C but your room would not, can bring your own if you want but it already stays really cool (like cold, cold) in there with the other levels being cooled so the last tenet didn't need one. There's a small backyard that's being worked on, grill back there, etc. There's also a small workout space in half the garage with mats (pretty basic w/ a nice pullup/dip setup), other half being used as a workspace for handiwork stuff.Rent is $1600 a month, not including utilities which average to about $125 a month but some are paid every 2 months (includes internet/gas/water/sewer/electric). So total would be about $1,725 including utilities. Looking for someone to sign 11-12 month lease (from now until end of next July, then renewals will be every end of July but will renew ~3 months in advance). To move in you'll owe 1st month + $250 security deposit + last month (Total = $3450).In terms of cleaning expectations, chores are shared and rotated since we like to keep the place clean.
