Hello!I am a professional self-employed female with a home office. I am quiet, responsible, respectful, clean, friendly, and socially engaging yet value my personal time/space as well. I'm adaptable and can be flexible.I am looking for a female roommate who is respectful, clean, organized, employed and responsible. I am offering either the spare bedroom on the 2nd floor; shared bathroom. Or you could have the entire basement to decorate and use as a small studio/bedroom and you'd have the half bathroom on main floor to yourself. Shared bathroom upstairs which has the only shower in the home. This townhome is beautiful and in a very nice, clean, safe neighborhood. Walking trails all around! Close to shopping centers.
