Hello! We're looking for tenants to take care of our home. We're moving to Wellington for work, and want to leave our place in good hands. The move in date is negotiable as we're still living there and will just need a few weeks to move out. The house is almost brand new - completed early 2024, we've only been living there for under 2 years. It has all the modern fittings: The section is 481sqm, with 2 veggie beds so you can grow whatever you like. The trees are starting to peek over the fence, so they will offer more privacy soon. The lounge and wrap-around deck face north, so you'll have all day sun. The neighbours are all really lovely - we'll miss them a lot! There's a great community in the area. Our section is set back off the road, so there is no through-traffic, making it quiet, and safe for pets and kids. The fence isn't finished at the front - we found it easier to park the car without a gate, but we can finish it if you like. There are several cats in the neighbourhood, and a few dogs, so if you have pets, please be a responsible owner - don't let your pets roam, and pick up the poos.
