Hello, i am a 27 year old female home owner. I have a private room with a large shared bathroom for 750. Large kitchen/ utility room as well. I have updated electrical and updated plumbing. The fridge stove dishwasher dryer and washer are all under three years old. Large shared office space with all people living here. Shared utilities with whomever is living here. I lead with respect in my home and privacy. I rent to women only. I have a home warranty so anything wrong can be fixed very quickly. Everything you could need is within a 5 minute drive! About 8 minutes from University of Arlington and Downtown. 8 minutes from Cowboys stadium.
