Rent 4 bedroom house in West Arlington

Hello! I have a private room available for rent in Arlington, TX. It's about 12 minutes away from UTA and 5 minutes away from the Parks Mall. Currently, there are 2 females living here and 1 male. You would share a shower with the 2 females, but there is also a half bath downstairs that is unused. We have a private hot tub in the backyard, as well as a community pool, community hot tub, and community tennis courts. It is in a secluded, quiet neighborhood. Lease terms are extremely flexible, as I am the landlord and also living in the property. There are smokers living here, but everybody smokes outside, so it is never an issue. 2 cats live here, and I would be open to allowing another cat. Everybody has jobs or are students, and the house is kept clean.
