We are looking for a quiet, clean, nonsmoker/drinker, respectful, pays rent on time roommate who is working or studying. You would share the townhouse with two roommates, a mature female, and a cat. We are educated, employed, and professional, busy with our jobs, and maintain a friendly, respectful relationship with each other. We are quiet and responsible people, easy to get along with, and looking for the same in a roommate. All utilities and wireless internet are included. Available on a minimum of a three-month basis, (can be negotiated!). Rent is $850 and $900/room. References and a $850damage deposit are required. Parking is on the street; no permit is needed.
