The bright second floor bedroom is very clean, neat, and newly decorated and renovated. The hall bathroom has also been renovated. The bedroom is approx. 108 sq. ft. (12 x 9). This is a quiet residential neighborhood; my 1700 sq ft home has stunning sunsets from the back patio. I have lived here here for over 20 years; I’m now retired from the technical field. Month-to-month tenancy, minimum stay 1 month. Application requires credit and background check. Yes, there is a fee with that.The $1250 monthly rent includes: • Wi-fi throughout house • Bathroom is 2-3 steps away and is all yours 99.9% of the time. • All utilities (gas, electric, water, trash, pest control) • Use of laundry facilities in garage • Bed is a twin extra-long and head of the bed rises up • Mirrored closet doors • Desk and chair • Bed linens and bath towels • Closet with organizers • 28-inch smart TV in room • No other roommates • Maid service twice a month • Parking is available either in my driveway or on the street • Would like to share healthy mealsHouse rules: • NO smoking (I’m very allergic). Any guests that smoke must do so away from the house. • No pets (sorry). • No drugs. • No overnight guests. • No parties. • No dirty dishes left around; no empty food containers left in room due to ants. • Please be considerate of the use of all utilities.
