Half an hour's drive from Porto and Aveiro, two of the most beautiful cities in Portugal, it offers the possibility of being close to all the attractions and sights of each city, as well as, at the end of the day, return to the quiet harbor where you can rest! ￫ Building The apartment is located on the first floor of a building which has a swimming pool, garden and tennis court. Perfect for couples or families who wish to spend a few pleasant days away from the big cities. NOTE: Pool closed for maintenance. ￫ Bedroom The apartment has one bedroom, a comfortable double bed and a balcony. ￫ Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. ￫ Living/dining room The living room has a cozy sofa bed, flat screen TV, dining table for 4 people and an inviting balcony to enjoy some good wine. ￫ Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: ￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. ￫ Check-out must be done until 11am.
