The room I have for rent has it's own private bathroom, comes fully furnished with your own refrigerator. Rent is $1200, security deposit $500 all utilities/wifi is included with the rent. Application fee for background check is $30. It is a very quiet neighborhood with ample street parking. We would prefer a female roommate. No pets or smoking or couples please.
