2 rooms house of 11m² in Galway

Rooms are available Sunday night to Friday morning. Rent is €650 per month, payable monthly in advance. A deposit (€350) is required. This covers fully furnished rooms, bed linen and towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, and utilities. Two bright double rooms, each with a single bed, wardrobe, study desk, and chair. Shared bathroom with one other person. Bed linen and towels provided; I wash them between stays as I occasionally use the rooms on weekends. Kitchen: Main use for cooking is permitted 7 pm–9 pm. Outside these hours, tenants are welcome to use the kitchen for light meals, microwave, breakfast, tea, or coffee. Dining: Small foldable kitchen table with chairs available. Fridge and cupboard space provided. Living room: Not included in rental as it’s my work-from-home office during the day. No parties, no overnight guests, no smoking. Friendly non-shedding dog lives in the house—he may bark when someone enters, but tenants won’t usually encounter him in their areas. The house is in a secure gated townhouse community on Clybaun Road, close to a wide range of shops (Dunnes, Tesco, Lidl, Aldi), gyms, and other everyday amenities. A city bus stop is directly outside the gate. Main routes serving this stop include the 411 (City Direct), 410, and 412, all of which travel directly to the University of Galway/NUIG and Eyre Square.
