New mattresses and new beds. Duvet, linen and towels included. Family kitchen available for evening cooking as required. Bathroom with electric shower is shared with two family members. TV in room. Family of two parents, two children (girl 15, boy 14) and friendly dog. . Available Sunday evenings to Friday mornings. Available for college year. Bus stop at entrance to estate for Univeristy of Galway and for city centre. University is 3km exactly from house. City Centre is 3.5km. Salthill is 3.5km. Supermarkets (Dunnes, Aldi and Lidl) are a 3 minute walk. Lovely neighbourhood estate where there are also other UG students staying with families. No smoking or vaping. Wifi, electricity, bins, etc included.
